  • Oatmeal
  • Carnation Evaporated Milk
  • Water
  • Cinnamon sticks
  • *optional sugar*
  • *optional brewers yeast* (this one is not made with it but you can add it for more increase in supply)

How Soon Does The Smoothie Take To Increase My Breast Milk

You will see an increase in your milk supply in two days. If you drink this magic drink twice a day.

You can also see the best results from this smoothie on day 3 after drinking it twice daily.

How To Make An Oatmeal Lactation Drink

The first step you want to take is to make sure you get all of the ingredients.

After you have ingredients you’ll want to put a large pot of water with a cinnamon stick to boil, once the water is boiled you will have to throw in a can of carnation evaporated milk.

After the milk is tossed into the water you can add your scoops of old-fashioned oats and sugar.

You’ll have them boil together for 15 minutes.

Remove from the flame

Finally you’ll place in a microwave safe cup and wait for it to cool slightly.

Drinking it warm or drinking it cold it is up to you.

I see better results and have a fuller stomach after drinking it warm.

Oatmeal Lactation Drink Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/3 Cup Rolled Oats (old fashioned oats)
  • 4 Cups Water
  • 1 Can Carnation Evaporated Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick

Instructions

    1. Put water and cinnamon stick to boil on stovetop
    2. Once boiling add can of evaporated milk
    3. Let it boil with the evaporated milk
    4. Once boiled add 1/3 cup of rolled oats and sugar
    5. Boil together for 10 minutes, stirring constantly
    6. Remove from flame, and wait 20-30 minutes to cool down
    7. Serve warm or wait for it to cool down to drink

Notes

*you can serve cold just wait for it to chill and add ice cubes*
*adding a scoop of brewers yeast will make your milk supply increase 2x than this recipe alone*
